Private Studios

Having a private studio at the Art Factory means having access to tens of thousands of square feet of creative space to be used by you as an extension of your studio. Plus, all of our private studio members have access to our wood shop, metal shop, photo studios, kilns, work tables, easels, lounges, bar, computers, printers, Wi-Fi, and shared equipment. Private studios start at $399/mo and are housed on exclusive private studio floors. Each private studio floor is equipped with a shop sink, bathrooms, kitchenette, lounge, office equipment, and conference room. 

Open Studios

Get a lot for your money with an Open Studio Membership at the Art Factory. We Provide the infrastructure for artists of all mediums to create their artwork in a vibrant communal environment, with access to spaces, studios, workshops and equipment. For $199/mo you will be creating your work in a professional environment along side other professionals, with all the tools at your fingertips.

Looking to for the perfect place to book your next event?

Come take a visit to  The Art Factory in the Historic Mill District has flexible space to suit your needs. This vast art facility has over 500,000 square feet!  Rent one or a combination of our spaces for your event. Weather it is a film shoot, photography session, wedding, party or other special event, our well-maintained full-time managed buildings offer a spectacular historic industrial backdrop. We can also supply tables, chairs and can recommend caterers who will best fit your needs. Other common uses include galleries, rehearsals, performances, classes, workshops, and expositions.
